DAX Rush Turbo'busa wins regional sprint championship
DAX Driver of the Year Duncan Cowper won
class 12 of the London Counties Association of Motor Clubs 2002 Sprint
Championship with his DAX Rush Turbo'busa, despite a late start to the season
and having to miss the last two rounds.
Duncan not only dominated his
class when he was able to compete, but set no less than four overall fastest
times of the day - beating all the single-seater racing cars with a car which
is street legal apart from its slick tyres and could be SVA'd and road
registered tomorrow.
Duncan's white and blue Rush racer - built for only
£15,000 - uses the super-lightweight, motorcycle-engined De Dion chassis
with DAX designer Peter Walker's unique Camber Compensation and Anti-Roll
system incorporated into the front suspension, powered by a HoleShot racing
350bhp turbocharged Hayabusa engine.
Top replica builder hits DAX Tojeiro half century
One of the UK's leading builders of

SS100.
